This is apparently the latest fashion for body modifiers and thrill seekers. How can you imaging that?

I recently saw a documentary, on the Discovery Channel I think, with a couple who were into adrenalin-rush activities and were trying skin hanging for the first time. According to them, the insertion of those huge hooks into the skin is the hardest part of the process. First they have to make incisions using a scalpel and then push the hooks under the skin (I don’t even want to imagine how much that must hurt). The actual hanging part is the fun part, the guys in the documentary couldn’t describe exactly what they were feeling, except that they thought their skin could tear at any time, which is very likely if the hooks aren’t inserted correctly.
Anyway after they experienced skin hanging, they both said it was the ultimate thrill.
Really, I cannot accept these actions just like the Eyelid piercing and Piercing Necklace
