Graduate school definitely isn’t what I thought it would be as an undergrad. I thought it would be nothing but intellectually stimulating research all day every day. My days consist of
- coming into my lab around 9 or 10
- telling myself i’ll run a batch of samples after reading the “news”
- Reading all the links on the “hot” page
- Trying to think of funny comments to post, then saying “fuck it”
- Going to lunch with other PhD candidates
- Sitting around talking with other PhD candidates
- Looking busy when my advisor comes into the lab
- Prepping samples so I can run them tomorrow.
That’s college life….

naping for 0.5 hour, so tired in morning.
have Baozi and soya-bean milk as breakfast

while looking busy as if I am doing my job
fixing my electrocircuit and acquire data from sensors
Lunch hours
naping for 1 hour in my dorm
coming back to my lab around 1 pm clock
thinking out some ugly and meaningless idea for secondary boss for their project applications. I have to rack one’s brains to do such things shit .
If have time still, to fix my electrocircuit and acquire data from sensors and do the useless analyse with matlab
