The most terrible chess set
Its possible that the photo has been flipped to make it more aesthetically pleasing, (the black King and Queen are in the right place in any case). Also, whilst the while King and Queen may be in the wrong positions, I would suggest that it is more likely that you have misidentified the the King, after all the tallest ‘building’ piece does look more like a traditional ‘Queen’ (that may depend on my chess piece exposure though) and the tall ‘mast’ on top probably shouldn’t be counted as ‘height’.
hm, would be simpler to suggest you are right and it is set up wrong though.
